引流慢渗注浆作用下巷道顶板围岩变形规律与控制技术

Deformation Regularity and Control of Surrounding Rock under the Effect of Roadway Roof Drainage and Slow Penetration Grouting

摘要: 结合山东菏泽郭屯煤矿总回上山断层涌水段注浆治理的工程实践,提出了引流慢渗注浆工艺,分析了引流泄压、浅部注浆及引流孔封堵下巷道顶板围岩变形动态规律,并提出围岩变形控制的技术要点及相应建议。基于监测结果表明,整个引流注浆施工中影响围岩变形的因素有引流泄压孔的布设、浅部注浆孔的设计及注浆参数,其中前两者为先前主要因素,后者为动态因素。在实际操作中,可合理优化两个主要因素,动态调整注浆参数,做到对顶板围岩变形的可控,消除安全隐患。应用表明,引流慢渗注浆作用下围岩监测及控制工艺达到了改善顶板围岩性质的目的,堵水率高达96%,较传统破碎带注浆堵水有了很大改善,保证了治理及加固效果。

Abstract: Combined with engineering practice of Guo Tun coal mine in Shandong Province, through the grouting treatment of gushing water of fault in air-return roadway, the drainage and slow penetration grouting technology was put forward. This paper expounds the dynamic regularity of the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway under the condition of drainage and grouting construction, carries out related theoretical analysis, and puts forward the technical points and the corresponding suggestions for deformation control of surrounding rock. The monitoring results showed that the factors affecting the deformation of surrounding rock are the arrangement of drainage holes, the design of shallow grouting holes and grouting parameters. The former two are the main factors, and the latter is the dynamic factor. In the actual operation, two main factors can be optimized, and the grouting parameters can be adjusted dynamically to control the deformation of surrounding rock, eliminate the potentially dangerous. The application showed that the surrounding rock monitoring and control technology achieved the purpose of improving the quality of the roof, and the water plugging rate was as high as 96%. Compared with the traditional broken zone grouting technology, it has been greatly improved to ensure the effect of governance and reinforcement.
